Learn how to execute beautiful torso rotations and laybacks (also known as backbends), both on the floor and standing, WITHOUT killing your spine. We’ll start with a gentle conditioning regimen designed to help you develop the strength and flexibility necessary to get your maximum range of motion, and then we’ll break down the components of safe backward bends. Every student will get one-on-one help and spotting from the instructor. Everyone is welcome.
